Just an announcement that I have decided to pursue TPI certification which will basically enable me to do some kind of physical screening so I can better help people with exercises and working with the physical limitations of the student.

Certification won't happen until May but I hope to continue to offer the best information for my students.

Well, There has been some date changing and I will not be able to go to the TPI in May. It conflict with the MCC National Championship week. I have to see if I can find another date that works. I will keep everyone posted.

Should've come up to Vancouver this week! Ten degrees and sunny for the TPI CGFI L1 led by Jason Glass! I hope you do find the time to do it at some point, it was a game changer for me.

Turns out that NJCAA Nationals Week just moved and that date is still open. Checking info. now to see if it is still open.

Well folks, it's official. I will be taking part in level 1 certification as a golf fitness instructor over Memorial Day weekend. My goal is to begin a program that incorporates the very best in as many fields as i can become an expert in.

Just completed my level 1 test.

Passed with flying colors.

Now I'm an official TPI Certified Golf Fitness Instructor Level 1.

This basically means that I can perform the screening process to let you know what areas you may be limited or weak in. With the help of a TPI Fitness professional which I am currently looking for, a series of exercises can be put together to work on those areas.

I can also submit the results to http://mytpi.com and they will put a program together. I would prefer choice 1 so you can be observed and then know that you are doing the exercises accurately.

As always, I will continue to try and better myself for my students.
